| Delivery Deliveries are all standard UK delivery and will take 3-4 working days from despatch. Despatch times vary depending on the product: - 4-5 weeks for all trousers, jackets, gillets and suits - 7 days for hats, scarves and leather goods A signature will be required on receipt of goods, if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to rearrange delivery. We are unable to deliver to PO box or freight forwarding addresses. Returns You must request to return your items within 7 working days of receipt of goods. You will be given a returns number. You will then have a further 7 working days to return the goods. Please ensure the returns number is written clearly on the outside of the parcel We will not accept goods outside of the time frame, other than for faulty garments and will not accept returns for items that have been worn or where the tag has been removed We will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as when sent. A refund will be issued within 5 days of receipt of the return.
